About Dexter
Dexter working in the field of Skill Development and Livelihood in partnership with Government Agencies, Corporates and Industries. We have a corporate office in Gurugram Haryana and projects in Haryana, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh and Maharashtra. Dexter run by professionals having several years of experience in Skill Development and Livelihood projects.
We have recognized three area of operations i.e ‘Skill Training’, ‘Livelihood Projects through CSR initiatives’ and ‘Placement Consultancy’. Dexter has already started working on Skill training and committed to commence rest of the two area of operations by financial year 2017-18. We believe that our initiatives will support youth to acquire industry-relevant skill training that will help them to get better livelihood.

Dexter is empaneled with MORD for DDU-GKY program and having valid PRN. Dexter recently awarded DDUGKY project as outsourcing partner in Himachal Pradesh and Maharashtra in partnership with AFC India Limited in Electronics, Retail, Security and Tourism & Hospitality sectors. |

Dexter is training partner (TP) of NSDC for PMKVY program and till date Dexter has established eight PMKVY centers in Uttar Pradesh. |

We understand that placement of candidates is key component of all skill development projects and actual success will be measure on the basis of employment provided to the candidates. Dexter emphasis not only on to provide placement to the candidates to complete the deliverables of projects, but we believe in sustainable and long term livelihood of the beneficiaries.
Dexter is in expansion mode and committed to start skill development projects in all of the major States by financial Year 2018-19. Already, we have a good presence in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Maharashtra and looking suitable opportunities in Assam, Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Uttrakhand, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan.
Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojna (DDU-GKY)
DDU-GKY is uniquely focused on rural youth between the ages of 15 and 35 years from poor families. As a part of the Skill India campaign, it plays an instrumental role in supporting the social and economic programs of the government like the Make In India, Digital India, Smart Cities and Start-Up India, Stand-Up India campaigns. Over 180 million or 69% of the country’s youth population between the ages of 18 and 34 years, live in its rural areas. Of these, the bottom of the pyramid youth from poor families with no or marginal employment number about 55 million.
Dexter has empanelled with Ministry of Rural Development (MORD) for DDU-GKY program and having valid PRN. Dexter is implementing DDUGKY project as out sourcing partner in Himachal Pradesh in partnership with AFC India Limited in Electronics, Retail, Security and Tourism & Hospitality sectors.
Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY)
PMKVY is the flagship scheme of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE). The objective of this Skill Certification Scheme is to enable a large number of Indian youth to take up industry-relevant skill training that will help them in securing a better livelihood. Individuals with prior learning experience or skills will also be assessed and certified under Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
Dexter is Training Partner (TP) of National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) for PMKVY program and running two PMKVY centres in Uttar Pradesh. Dexter is planning to open more centres in Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Bihar and Maharashtra, Assam, Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Uttrakhand, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan.
Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society (JSDMS)
Dexter has partnered with Instrumentation Automation Surveillance & Communication Sector Skill Council (IASC) for skill development training under “Main phase of Saksham Jharkhand Kaushal Vikas Yojna’ of Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society (JSDMS) with the primary objective of establishing a Skill Development Centres across Jharkhand State of India. These skill development centres shall primarily focus on providing Skill Training to the youths of Jharkhand in the jobs roles of IASC. IASC is an Autonomous Industry lead Not for Profit Organization under Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of India. It is promoted by the Industry with financial support from National Skill Development Corporation.
Paid Training
Dexter is running skill development centres in Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Jammu Kashmir for providing training in the Health Care Sector in partnership with Wipro GE Health Care Ltd. Dexter is looking to open more training centres for HealthCare Training in North India by the end of the financial year 2018-2019.
